Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 15, 2026
Last Updated: October 15, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the For Tech Sake website and your purchase or use of services provided by For Tech Sake. By using our website, requesting service, scheduling an appointment, or engaging For Tech Sake to perform work, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

For Tech Sake provides TV mounting, home theater installation, audio/video installation, cable management, display installation, and related services.

Services offered, pricing, availability, and requirements may vary based on the project.

Commercial, church, institutional, custom, or other non-standard installations may require a separate consultation and quote.

2. Online Booking and Appointment Requests

Our website may allow customers to select a service and an available appointment window.

Submitting an online booking does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the project by For Tech Sake. We may contact you after booking to:

Confirm the appointment date and arrival window

Verify the service requested

Confirm TV size, quantity, wall type, mounting requirements, and other project details

Discuss additional services or materials

Confirm or revise pricing when the scope differs from the service selected online

Appointments are subject to technician availability, service-area coverage, project requirements, weather, traffic, and other operational considerations.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested appointment windows, but exact arrival times are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

3. Pricing and Additional Work

Prices displayed online generally apply to the service and scope described.

Final pricing may change if the actual installation requires additional labor, equipment, materials, travel, specialty mounting, electrical work, cable concealment, wall repair, multiple technicians, or other services not included in the original booking.

We will make reasonable efforts to discuss material changes in scope or pricing before performing additional chargeable work.

Taxes, fees, specialty materials, mounts, cables, accessories, or other products may be additional unless expressly included.

4. Customer-Provided Equipment

When a customer provides a television, mount, bracket, cable, accessory, or other equipment, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is:

Compatible with the television and installation location

Complete and in usable condition

Rated appropriately for the equipment being installed

Accompanied by required hardware when applicable

For Tech Sake may decline to install equipment that appears damaged, unsafe, incompatible, improperly rated, or otherwise unsuitable for the installation.

If replacement hardware or materials are required, additional charges may apply.

5. Installation Conditions

The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the installation area.

Customers should disclose known conditions that may affect the installation, including:

Metal studs

Brick, concrete, stone, tile, or specialty wall surfaces

Fireplaces

Concealed plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC components, or other utilities

Unusual wall construction

Previously damaged walls

Specialty mounting surfaces

Restricted access or building requirements

Some conditions cannot reasonably be identified before work begins.

For Tech Sake reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline an installation when conditions create safety concerns or require work outside the agreed scope.

6. Placement and Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for approving the desired placement and height of televisions, displays, speakers, equipment, or other installed items before permanent mounting.

Once the customer approves placement and installation begins, relocating an installed item may result in additional charges.

For Tech Sake will use reasonable care and professional judgment when performing installations.

7. Concealed Utilities and Hidden Conditions

Although reasonable precautions are taken, walls and other surfaces may contain concealed electrical wiring, plumbing, ductwork, structural components, or other hidden conditions that cannot be identified through ordinary inspection.

The customer agrees to disclose known hidden conditions before installation.

For Tech Sake is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or concealed conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before work began, except to the extent required by applicable law.

8. Customer Property and Pre-Existing Damage

Customers should notify For Tech Sake of existing damage to televisions, walls, furniture, wiring, equipment, flooring, or other property before service begins.

For Tech Sake is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects unrelated to the services performed.

Customers should remove fragile, valuable, or obstructive items from the immediate work area before the technician arrives.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact For Tech Sake as early as reasonably possible.

Repeated cancellations, last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, inaccessible properties, or situations in which technicians cannot reasonably perform the scheduled service may result in a cancellation, trip, or rescheduling fee where disclosed and permitted by law.

For Tech Sake may reschedule appointments due to weather, technician availability, safety concerns, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Payment

Payment is due according to the terms communicated at booking, in the applicable quote, or on the invoice.

By approving additional work or materials during an appointment, you agree to pay the applicable additional charges.

Customers are responsible for reviewing invoices and notifying For Tech Sake promptly of any questions or discrepancies.

11. Workmanship and Warranty

For Tech Sake stands behind the workmanship of its installations.

Any specific workmanship warranty, product warranty, or service guarantee will be governed by the terms stated in the applicable quote, invoice, service documentation, or warranty provided to the customer.

Manufacturer warranties on televisions, mounts, cables, electronics, or other products are governed by the applicable manufacturer and are not expanded by these Terms.

Normal wear and tear, customer modifications, misuse, product failure, structural changes, third-party work, or conditions occurring after installation may not be covered.

12. Third-Party Products and Services

For Tech Sake may install, recommend, integrate, or work with products or services manufactured or provided by third parties.

We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, third-party service outages, software changes, internet connectivity issues, subscription services, or other matters outside our reasonable control.

Third-party products and services may be governed by their own warranties, terms, and privacy policies.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Safety

For Tech Sake may refuse or discontinue work when a technician reasonably determines that the work environment, requested installation, equipment, structure, electrical condition, or other circumstance presents a safety risk.

Customers and other occupants should remain clear of the immediate work area while installation is underway when requested by the technician.
